From your first account to a bookable studio: see what to prepare and what happens at each step.
Creating an account and setting up your studio does not start a subscription. You pay after a successful review when you activate your subscription.
What to have ready
Start with your account and add the details during setup. Self-registration is currently available to businesses based in Germany.
- For your account
- Your name, an email address you can access and a password of at least ten characters. During registration, you accept the terms, acknowledge the privacy information and accept the studio agreement.
- For your studio
- Business and contact details, your address or mobile service area, services with duration and price, your team and working hours.
- For the review
- A confirmed email address, proof of your business and the required identity verification. Final business approval follows a review.
- For online booking
- Your own studio legal documents, booking and payment rules, and a complete profile.
How registration works
Create an account
Open “Register a studio” on the new homepage to create your studio account. If you already have one, use “Studio login” there.
Confirm your email
Confirm your email address using the link sent to you. Confirmation is required before you request activation approval.
Set up your studio
Use the setup assistant to add your business, profile, services, team, working hours and booking rules. Your progress is saved so you can continue later.
Submit for review
Submit the required documents and complete identity verification. Business approval follows a review of your details.
Activate your subscription and open bookings
Choose your plan. After approval, activate your subscription with the first payment. Your setup must also be complete and online booking enabled before your profile can accept public bookings.
Before you start
Does registration already cost anything?
Registration, setup and review do not start a subscription or an automatic trial. You activate a paid subscription after approval. See the pricing overview for current plans.
Can I finish setup later?
Yes. The assistant saves your progress. Sign in to your studio account again to continue setup.
Will my studio be publicly visible immediately?
No. A new studio is initially hidden. Public bookings require business approval, an active subscription, a complete profile and online booking enabled, among other requirements.
