Create a clear booking destination
Set up your studio profile with understandable services, prices and photos. Decide which services should be directly bookable. Special requests that need discussion first should have a clear first step in the description.
Prepare available times
Maintain team working hours, service durations and blocked times. Before sharing the link, check a typical day from a client’s perspective. This shows whether the offered times match your studio’s actual workflow.
Place the link where interest begins
Use the same studio booking link on your website, in your Instagram bio and as the booking destination in relevant business profiles. Say what can be booked. A brow styling post should lead to a profile with a clearly named brow service.
Check the first booking through to the calendar
Walk through service selection, team, time and confirmation together. Then check the appointment in the studio calendar. Add phone bookings there too so availability does not depend on separate lists.

Do I need my own website for online booking?
A public studio profile is part of PROPLANU. You can share its booking link, for example in your social media bio. An existing website offers another entry point to the same booking process.
Can I still take bookings by phone?
Yes. Add appointments arranged by phone or in person manually to the studio calendar. Online booking complements your existing contact channels.
Are online payments mandatory?
Online payments are a possible extension of the booking workflow. During setup, we agree whether you start with deposits, full online payment or another suitable payment workflow.
How much does the software cost?
You receive a written offer after an introductory conversation. Team size, locations, required modules and payment workflows determine the scope. We currently do not publish a standard price table.
How does setup work?
We discuss your existing tools, demonstrate the relevant workflows and agree on access. We then prepare your profile, services, team and booking rules together.
